About

I am Chihiro Kariya, an intellectual historian of early modern ideas. My main subject is Edmund Burke, who is best known for his late writings on the French Revolution and is the 18th-century member of Parliament in Britain. I currently work as an Assistant Professor at the Articulation Center for High School and University at Kanazawa University, Japan. This website is intended to post my research in English and is updated about 3 or 4 times a year.
